Whey Protein Pancakes

Simple protein pancakes made using whey protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop NZProtein Gourmet Vanilla Whey Isolate
  • 1/2 Cup oats, blended into a flour
  • 2T NZProtein LSA
  • 1/2 Banana, mashed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4c Milk of choice (I used coconut)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Heat and oil a medium sized pan.
  3. Pour small dollops of the batter onto the pan and flip when it starts to bubble.
  4. Top with your favourite fruit and NZProtein Low-Calorie sauce.
