Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is premium ion exchange protein powder. Our product is made in New Zealand (NZ) from grass fed cows.
Whey is a milk product and is a by-product of cheese. Whey contains high levels of protein with some lactose and fat. Isolate (this product) is made by further refining whey to remove virtually all of the lactose and fat, leaving a product that's ultra-high in protein with a superior Branched Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) profile.
WPI is a concentrated protein powder for muscle development. It has a very strong amino acid profile and is one of the most beneficial dietary sources of protein. It's very easy to digest and absorbs rapidly, making amino acids readily available to be utilised by muscles. It's a very beneficial protein supplement for post exercise when it is able to digest easily without fat to slow absorption.
It has a pleasant, clean taste and is popular with athletes and those counting their macro-nutrients. It's also generally suitable for those with lactose intolerance.

Whey Isolate Benefits
WPI is a powerful muscle builder because it has all 21 amino acids needed for growth and repair. Each serving (unflavoured) contains over 29 grams of protein and nearly 8 grams of BCAAs.
WPI has higher levels of leucine than other protein powders. In fact, WPI has more than 30% more leucine than WPC. Studies of leucine have shown it to be the most anabolic (growth promoting) amino acid for muscle growth and recovery. Leucine also contributes to the regular of blood sugar levels, growth hormone production and wound healing.
WPI may assist atheles to benefit from increased lean muscle mass, reduced muscle atrophy during exercise, improved muscle repair and recovery (hyperatrophy), and an increased metabolic rate.
Other Benefits:
Whey is composed of several bioactive fractions including glycomacropeptide, β-lactoglobulin, α-lactalbumin and lactoferrin. These have health benefits against cancer, infection and inflammation.
WPI is high in cysteine and studies have shown that WPI can increase glutathione synthesis to improve antioxidant defence. Glutathione is a natural antioxidant that the body produces from several other amino acids - especially cysteine.
Best Whey Isolate NZ
We believe that the best milk proteins are made here in New Zealand (NZ) because the dairy cows that produce the milk used to create this product are naturally grass fed and not factory farmed.
NZ has a temperate climate which allows natural grazing all year round. Dairy cows are not factory farmed in NZ and it is reflected in the quality of the milk produced which is related to the environment and their diet.
NZ is the largest dairy exporter in the world and has rigorous standards to protect the integrity of the industry. The NZ government enforces strict testing and quality standards for milk production, and antibiotics and hormones are managed carefully against being in milk.
Though the fat in this product is very low, it is worth noting that cows that consume a grass fed diet produce milk with significantly more omega-3 fatty acids than grain fed cows. Pasture fed cows produce milk with nearly twice as much omega-3 than their counterpart, with a ratio of omega-3 vs omega-6 around 1:1. This may be another benefit as diets high in omega-3 are believed to support heart and immune system health. Grass fed cows have milk that's also richer in vitamin E and beta-carotene.
Bioavailability
Protein digestibility is a measure of the proportion of protein that is absorbed by the body. WPI scores 100% on this scale.
Biological value is a measure of the proportion of absorbed protein that's retained for growth and maintenance. WPI scores 104 on this scale.
The Protein Digestibility-Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) is a rating that determines the bioavailibility of a protein. The maximum score is 1.0. WPI technically scores 1.0 because traditionally protein quality was measured against milk, which scored 1.0. Though the scale only goes up to 1.0, realistically it may be up to 1.21, which is the highest of all protein sources.
Whey Isolate Side Effects
Whey isolate is generally well tolerated, even by those with lactose intolerance. WPI is a milk product so those with milk intolerances and vegans should avoid this product.
Our Verdict
Whey isolate is whey that's further refined to remove virtually all lactose and fat. The resulting protein and BCAA levels are higher but it's also more expensive than whey concentrate (WPC).
It is a superior protein powder because it has the most concentrated amino acid profile and is absorbed rapidly without fat to slow digestion. It surpasses other proteins for bioavailability so is the best protein powder for post exercise for those wanting maximum muscle recovery/development.
It is more expensive so consideration must be taken whether WPI is better suited to your requirements vs regular WPC. This decision comes down to personal preference.

This is my second bag of the wild berry isolate whey protein powder and for what ever reason this stuff does not mix anywhere near as well as the last bag. I find this annoying.

But the vanilla is forming clumps and sticking to my utensils and I don't know the reason. This never happened previously with the same flavour and I have to dispose the product this time. This bag of isolate doesn't dissolve well. I use a shaker and blobs are left behind. It used to dissolve really well.

Butterscotch caramel is the best flavour in my opinion. Clean, mixes well with any type of milk. I even mix it with plain yogurt to top my overnight oats.

Went with the Whey Isolate (29gm protein per serve) natural flavor. I like that this is a 'no frills' product. No added sweeteners, no added fillers, no added rubbish, like some other major brands. Taste can take a little bit of time getting used to, however with a bit of imagination, finding the right combination of additional natural ingredients can create a powerhouse supplement to boost build and recovery requirements!! Recommended product.

I recently turned to protein supplements as I was having trouble meeting my protein requirements based on food only, as I’m training for my longest ultra distance yet. I’ve always disliked protein powders, finding their taste and texture unpleasant. After reading about NZ Protein in an online running forum, I took a leap and ordered the Double Chocolate, Mixed Berry and unflavoured protein powders, as well as the Collagen powder for a niggling injury. I am honestly blown away. The taste is amazing and I look forward to the Mixed Berry in particular, or the Double Chocolate in water or in milk. I use the Unflavoured in tumeric lattes and the like, the Collagen in OJ, Miso soup, tea. They make a creamy (even in water) delicious drink. I’m now hitting my protein daily intake goals, feel satiated, fit, strong and healthy. My niggling injury has also improved taking Collagen 40-60 mins before exercise (AIS factsheet recommendation). I’m sold and will definitely reorder. Dispatch was instant. My only small concern is the freight costs via DHL which sound like they are under review.

i bought Strawberry Isolate protein. the flavour is mild, **not too sweet**, light. usually with a lot of “guilt free” desserts and ice creams, i find them wayyy to heavy and sweet. but this protein powder is very light

First time trying this protein powder after reading great reviews and I was sadly disappointed with it. Strawberry yoghurt flavour, had no flavour. I put in 3 scoops for 250mls almond milk and still nothing, complete waste of money to think of how quick I'd go through a bag if I used it. Chocolate caramel was better but needs 3 scoops to taste it. I have drunken many brands of protein powders and wouldn't recommend these ones for flavour or value considering the amount of scoops required. Contacted team about it and they didn't seem to care. I wouldn't buy them again.
I would love to see you guys using stevia in other flavours of the product and just not vanilla.

Vanilla whey isolate is less soluble than other powders in the same range, I find it clumps much more readily, consistency is much thicker, likely requires warm water. NZPROTEIN REPLY: it may be your shaker, we suggest liquid before the powder in one of our wave shakers (with no agitator ball)

I really enjoy this product. I use it with water in the chocolate flavour. What I like is that it doesn't make you feel bloated and has a subtle flavour with no overpowering sweeteners. You can always bump up the flavour with a banana but I like it plain mostly. I use this along with the NZP casein. Easy company too buy with.

Excellent product, just wish the protein could be slightly higher for similar calories.NZPROTEIN REPLY: not possible! There are 4 calories per gram of protein, 4 per gram of carbohydrates, and 9 per gram of fat. Since the carb/fat content is virtually nil, the calories come from protein.

I can't comment about alternative products, but when one finds what seems so perfect, like I find NZ whey isolate flavoured Protein, I can't actually imagine anything legal being any better. As for delivery, a previous batch using NZ Post took over a week to arrive after online payment. I did complain and this last batch arrived 2 days after payment. with a differrent carrier. Thank you NZ Protein.

I am taking protein supplement on advice of trainer - I like the fact that the BCC is part of the supplement and the taste of the BCC is not evident - I have been quite enjoying the berry flavour. - I am noticing slow changes to my body with strength exercise and supplement use. I have given a four because my trainer says using this formula I have to take at least three scoopfuls for the protein I need when training and that is a lot and only way to have it is in a berry smoothie

Such a good product, I was so happy to find something that didn’t have the sickly vanilla flavour that a lot of pp do. Yum! I’ve been adding it to pancakes and porridge and it just provides a perfect level of sweetness without being overpowering. Yum.

It tastes good, it is easy to dissolve in water, the packing is slim, and the nutrition is great.
The flavour when mixed with Greek yoghurt is delightful,other than that it’s early stages at the mo.I’m doing the 30 30 30 thing,may take a bit longer to get results but loving your protein currently

I'm so glad I found this stuff, with borderline lactose intolerance normal protein used to make me clear a room but not Whey Protein Isolate! The flavours are great too, not sickly sweet but just right. Favourites are Gourmet Vanilla and Double Chocolate. Great protein profile too, super clean.

Love this product and the free and fast delivery however I definitely do not like the plastic packaging as the powder clings to it with static. It would be great if a paper based bag could be used instead which would also be better for the environment.

Really good product, I struggle to find protein supplements that don’t upset my stomach as I’m dairy intolerant. I’ve had no problems with the whey isolate. The unflavoured is very palatable mixed with coconut water. I dislike the artificial sweetener taste from all the flavoured products and the unflavoured is very versatile. Great products and options. Only wished suclrose was not used as a sweetener rather Stevia and Erythritol only. Also sweetener free items as thevmarshmallow and jelly is way to intense in sweetnest. Otherwise everything else is awesome.

This protein powder is the best I've tried, it mixes incredibly easily with water and doesn't leave that aftertaste that most protein powder have. I order the double choc flavour which is great tasting and delivery was pretty fast.

I used to buy another global brand of 100% Whey Isolate, but Id be so bloated and gassy afterwards also, it has this weird taste to it, almost artificial in flavour, but I was blown away by this and their shaker. I hate crazy foamy shakes, but their shaker is amazing, no lumps, no foam, just a delicious shake with no weird after taste. Their flavour isn't as strong but it's still super yum and considering how I used to HAVE to add coffee to my shakes to balance the taste, and I dont need to with this one, is good enough for me. NZPROTEIN REPLY: thanks! As we don't add fillers, thickeners, or agents to modify the texture we suggest using LESS water/milk than the imported brand that you're used to. 200-250ml per serve.
My only issue is that it's a below-average flavour. Otherwise, there's no issue.

I can't recommend this NZ brand enough. I have both unflavored and gourmet vanilla with stevia. The texture is good and it mixes well. The whey isolate doesn't irritated my gut and it has no artificial flavours. The team is super helpful if you have any questions about their products. The price is highly competitive to other brands too.

I find this to be a very easy way to reach my protein goals. I have 3 servings a day, with no negative side affects and find that the mixed drink is so light, it doesn't bloat me or interrupt my hunger for whole food.

Great protein powder. I’ve tried a few of the flavours and have settled on Butterscotch Caramel however it doesn’t blend as well as the others and would be nicer if it had a slightly stronger taste. Mixed Berry was unusual as it left a strange after-taste. Love the fast and free delivery.

The banana flavour is YUM.
The double chocolate is my go-to flavour. It taste like chocolate, is chocolate-tee and easy to swallow. Will buy again.
Great so far - the product generally mixes well when added to smoothies. I do find it a bit too sweet for my liking, but can counter that somewhat by adding yoghurt or berries.

Great tasting protein powder at a good price, especially if you buy it in bulk. Mixes ok if you don’t do as I did first time which was adding cold water to the powder instead of adding the powder to the chilled water. Trust me it turns to a blob at the bottom of your water. Haha
After trying several flavours vanilla is the one for me. Although unflavoured, chocolate are good too. Not a banana fan. Don’t find this too sweet and it mixes really well and nice and smooth. I do mine in a NutriBullet.
Use the Berry flavoured Whey Isolate Protein in my nut "cereal". It doesn't mix that well but it works in this and it tastes good. Two bags lasts most of a year. This is my second purchase of the same thing.

Bought my usual vanilla flavour of Whey Isolate. However, the flavour has changed and not as good. I wonder if this has got to do with the 'pre-inflation' price promo or just the quality of this batch. Please investigate as been purchasing your products for a number of years. NZPROTEIN REPLY: the flavour you had before was a temporary substitution due to lack of supply. We think the current flavour is far better and it's how it will stay. Cheers

Not the nicest texture to mix on its own and have with water - definitely the kind of protein powder that should be blended into a smoothie, pancakes etc or at the bare minimum mixed with milk. NZPROTEIN REPLY: we are a bit confused by this - please note that the isolate is naturally more watery than the whey and we don't add any agents to modify the texture.

Completely different protein to last time I ordered. Foams up like crazy in smoothies (it didn't used to), which is strange considering there is no thickeners as per label. Was darker in colour compared to last order as well so not the same protein. NZPROTEIN REPLY: it's exactly the same, we have emailed you.

mixed berry is a very nice flavour, not super intrusive when mixed with other smoothie ingredients. Mixes well, my only issue would be that it sticks to the side of the container when mixed with a liquid but it’s no biggie, would recommend.

Have been buying protein powders for about 15 years and there's always something not quite right - wayyy too sweet, generally tastes bad, dodgy mixability, or it disagrees with your digestion. And if you compare cost by weight, this product stacks up well.

Of all the protein powders I have taken over many decades of weight training, NZ Whey Isolate is the cleanest, finest and purest by far. And with added vanilla, truly delicious! Most protein powders leave me feeling bloated for hours but not this. Add organic milk, an egg and a banana, pour into a blender and you've got a seriously-yummy, energy-packed super food that digests easily! It may not be as cheap as the big bins of whey I used to get but I am happy to pay for such quality.

The consistency of the protein powder is great in a shake and love there is this low sugar option but has the recipe changed? The taste seems different to the last lot I ordered before my pregnancy. Would probably buy this again but would way prefer the original. Super fast shipping also which is great.

Tried strawberry yogurt flavour as my first purchase as vanilla was sold out. A little sweet for my taste but mixed well and was easy on the stomach. Will try the vanilla next time .

Just as tasty as the standard Whey Protein, one serving (2 scoops) mixes well with just 300ml of water. I would recommend this if $ isn't an issue and you want a maximum Protein hit 2 to 3 times a day without feeling bloated.

Double choc isolate had a funny after taste, emailed to ask for a replacement - no response. Bought the vanilla isolate because the double choc was yuck, vanilla very bland, probably wont buy my protein shakes from Nzprotein again

Delivery in three days. Taste is on par with every very good protein powder I’ve had. After two weeks of protein shakes for breakfast and lunch only and gym every second day my weight has not changed but I have lost 3 cm from my waist, 109cm to 106cm, slightly ahead of plan. I have had quicker delivery but very happy with product, will be using again.

Personally, I buy unflavoured whey isolate to mix it in to smoothies or dairy free milks with my own flavourings as something to down quickly. Unfortunately, this mixes very very thick and creates a strong foam, so it really isn't ideally for adding in to smoothies and such as the berries often simply can't mix in and end up staying whole. The extra thickness may be a benefit to some people, particularly if you are using one of the flavoured options, but for me I won't be purchasing again. Strange that it's so dramatically different to other brands - it must simply have more lecithin that the usual products I buy.
I have tried Banana and Double Chocolate flavours. Very satisfied with both - good solubility and obviously not loaded with thickeners and copious quantities of flavour enhancers. Having used protein powders for over 15 years, these definitely make it to my very short list of approved ones. Will buy again.

I ordered the plain unflavoured whey isolate and find it really tastes nice. I'm quite intolerant to salicylates found in flavours, and that includes most natural flavours, so I'm really glad to have the option to choose one without flavours and other additives. I'm new to protein powders and after researching what makes a good protein powder I am so pleased to find this really excellent company here in NZ.
This product is really foul. When contacted they were very unhelpful and said they had changed the recipe with no offer of refund or any apology. I would not recommend purchasing. NZPROTEIN REPLY: that's not quite right - we replied to you and said "Hi Henry. This is a slightly different spec to the usual, due to shortages and really bad availability. We had tried it with our scientist in the lab and thought it was OK - just not quite the spec that we prefer. The difference is slight but with the shortages and everything that we (and everyone else) is having there's not a lot we can do. It's very difficult at the moment!". We didn't hear back from you after this and it was a week ago.

My only issue/ complaint is not significant. The last two batches I have received have not quite tasted the same (unflavored) as the product I initially bought. It is not quite as pleasant to consume, but it is not a issue large enough for me to go elsewhere, especially considering how reliable the shipping, emails & receipt has been.
They do state on the website that they are currently sourcing differently due to the current climate, so i look forward to getting back to the original taste at some point.

I bought this as my usual brand was out of stock. The vanilla was good, seemed to mix ok and tasted ok - not the yummiest I've had but not unpleasant. The chocolate tasted good but didn't mix well at all if you were using a shaker or adding it to your porridge - very gluggy and clumpy. Mixes ok in a blender so if that's how you use your protein powder it should be good. NZPROTEIN REPLY: chocolate should mix without any issues, we'll email you.

Doesn't mix with cold water as per instructions at all. I had purchased the strawberry yoghurt flavour, it definitely did not taste like strawberry either. It tasted like powder and it turned a slight lime colour. So yuck, I would not recommend and would like a refund.

I’ve been using NZ Whey Isolate for over 2 years and have found that it ticks all the boxes for me. I do a lot of cycling, probably 6 days most weeks and clock up over 400+ ks most weeks so have found NZ Whey has kept me and my muscles in top form.

It's good but the taste used to be better. Somehow softer it gave the impression of being sweet and good. NZPROTEIN REPLY: potentially you had an older WPI in the past from which we've since reduced the sweetness. Please note that as we don't add fillers/thickeners we recommend to mix with only 200-250ml of water or milk. Thanks

I am so picky with protein. I'm a vegetarian so I tried out pea protein but it wasn't for me. This is great! Light on the stomach and mixes really well. I am not a huge fan of protein shakes but I like this protein. Makes hitting my target a lot easier.

I honestly didn’t like the thinness of the shake compared to another WPI shake that I usually buy which doesn’t offer banana flavour. Also, it leaves a metallic aftertaste. NZPROTEIN REPLY: we don't add any agents to modify the texture. WPI is naturally water and very fast digesting.
Great tasting, easy to drink product however I bought the Strawberry and Double Chocolate flavours and, while the Strawberry mixes easily, I found the Double Chocolate flavour really difficult to mix. The powder seems to clump easily and not dissolve. Will definitely purchase the Strawberry flavour again and try some of the other flavours to compare.

Very impressed overall. Was delivered the next day. In terms of taste: I got banana and double chocolate (whey isolate) and they both taste great - even with water. I also sampled the strawberry yogurt flavor which was also fantastic (will be buying in the future). They seem to mix fine. I'll be ordering again. I would recommend to others.

Ok I've had a few protein powders in my time and this one has to be the only one I've had that actually tastes nice with water! Chocolatey, had it in my oats as well and its so good! Dissolves well didnt have to shake it like my arm was about to fall off and there where no powdery bits anywhere just smooth goodness, highly recommend!

I was fairly impressed with this product, it tasted good and mixed well although the only issue I have is that it tends to get quite foamy which sits on top of the water. This also means that some of the foam sticks to the side of your shaker and you have to keep adding water to get it all. Other than that it's a great product.
Love this protein powder. Would love if the chocolate was a little more chocolatey but this is actually not a big deal. I also bought some of the sachets to try and the orange choc chip and banana were next level! This is now my new fav brand of protein powders.

I found this very thin and lacking flavour. NZPROTEIN REPLY: we don't add fillers/thickeners to modify the texture. WPI is naturally watery and a fast digesting product. We suggest adding less liquid than you may be used to - 200-250ml water/milk will do the trick.

Really loved the flavours I ordered, but the protein didn’t seem to dissolve or break up very well in water when used with a protein shaker (which is what I usually have my protein powder with). Wasnt quite as noticeable with milk. I Wouldn’t buy again for that reason, didn’t like all the bits!

Double chocolate flavour is nice, not as chocolatey as the non isolate whey protein though which is disappointing but it’s still nice. 3 stars for the vanilla flavour (tastes like liquid amoxicillin, it’s not terrible but feels like I’m drinking 200mls of antibiotics) Also sampled the jelly tip flavour and it is pretty nice. Would buy that in bigger quantity next time. All mix well with water. Great way for my teenage daughter and myself to get in our daily protein

Great product... have tried plain, chocolate and banana (and mixed them up as well) and all are good. Chocolate could be a bit more chocolatey, banana is really yummy (quite unexpected) and the plain works with anything. My kids are now adding it to their usual smoothies and it makes the texture really great - they are fans too! No adverse reaction to this either in my sinuses or my stomach, so overall, 5/5

i got banana flavour, its so yummy and delivery was sooooooo fast!!!!!!, but i recommend either getting a range of flavors so u dont get sick of it or getting plain unflavoured if you wont be mixing. it mixes super easy in water so id say add just enough water to cover and shake in a shaker. they dont recommend putting it in a blender, so if ur doing a smoothie, add it seperately.

That one was out of stock, so I forked out the extra $10 for the NZ source unflavored whey isolate; and it is significantly nicer to consume (smoother texture), and as has a slightly higher amount of protein.

Absolutely love this one, add it to my oats or smoothies every morning and then have it with almond milk/water in the afternoon before/after training. It's so yummy that it's actually a treat (that's also good for my body). Have recently started making ice cream with this protein powder, frozen fruit/bananas & almons milk and it's so yum!

Great taste across all four flavours we bought (Mixed Berry, Vanilla, Double Choc, and Banana), and we love that it is a NZ product from NZ milk. Price is reasonable and competitive. Purchasing process, delivery etc. is easy and fast. The only minor complaint is that it does not mix as well as others we have used in the past when using a shaker. It is not enough to drop our rating to a 4 though. Despite that, we will continue to purchase this as our main Protein.

Tried the regular whey, tasted amazing and loved it but was making me bloated due to a slight diary intolerance which I didn’t enjoy. Switched to the isolate and absolutely love it. Banana and double choc are both a 10/10 from me!

My first taste of whey isolate (unflavoured). Had only tried pea protein before (Amazonia Raw). At first, wondered if the taste was meant to be as it tasted: a bit like skim milk. I've tasted whey before, from making paneer, so thought it did taste authentic. Online feedback had mentioned it might taste bitter. But the sweetness doesn't taste artificial. Overall: pleasant!

I have only made two drinks so far, one with water, it was neutral in taste which is fine for me. One smoothie with banana and milk - tasted fine, better than the flavoured stuff I last had. It is actually a bit early to make a useful value judgement, but so far so good.

Very clean and lean protein. Not as creamy as standard whey and can feel a bit watery like trim milk. But it’s very low in fats do that’s to be expected. The gourmet vanilla is nice but very sweet. I would probably opt for natural next time and add my own fruits to sweeten. Still gave it 5 though as it’s a good product

NZ WPI is definitely my go to for a protein hit. I have it on its own after a workout or in a breakfast shake with a bunch of other stuff. I usually buy 5kg at a time to get a discount for buying in bulk.

Super taste! Easy to mix! BCAA efect superb. No strained/sore muscles after heavy workout, yet does not build the mass too fast. For building mass I woulddefinitely reommend a different product (mass builder/gainer or probably beef protein). Peace out! Fish

Doesn't mix that well and creamy compared to other whey isolate powders i've used - smoothies come out quite icy instead. NZPROTEIN REPLY: we don't add fillers and thickeners to modify the texture. WPI is naturally more watery than other whey proteins. Should mix well - always add liquid before powder.

Really enjoyed this as it tasted natural and had no artificial sweeteners in it. Did not taste grainy or chalky in any way. It can get a bit clumpy when I'm putting it in porridge but think it would be fine in a shake.

The salted caramel flavour is not nice, it tastes very artificial and smells awful too. There was a noticeable bitterness. It could just be this flavour thats no good. I'm happy to trial other flavours before giving up. This mixes well in my greek yoghurt, dissolving completely. It tasted nice in my bliss balls as the flavour was mostly disguised by the other ingredients. I'll see how it goes in banana smoothies.

Got the banana whey isolate and it's amazing! Tastes like a banana milkshake. It's good with any sort of milk, e.g. I drink it with unsweetened Cashew or unsweetened almond and the taste is pretty much the same.

it would get a 5 stars if they used Sunflower lecithin rather than soy. This is the only reason preventing me to use it every day and often. A part from that the taste(chocolate) is really good, mixes well and it does not leave me with stomach upset or cramps as other powders I bought. Overall very good product

Just want to thank you for your excellent service and awesome proteins. I have been bodybuilding for past 6yrs here in Perth Western Australia originally from Hawkes bay NZ. I have had a lot of different proteins over the years training I must say this is extremely good. I was using true protein as it was the best here in the local market but since having your NZ Protein It's even better on the stomach and recovery after training heavy in the gym. Brilliant protein powder. The unflavoured protein powder mixes in perfectly is so many meals without changin the taste in any way. The only difference is the texture is slightly creamier but that?s still nice in most meals.

I have an allergy to whey. I've tried multiple other proteins. This is the only one I've found which tastes great and doesn't spark up my allergy! As well as my shakes I use it in all my baking too! Love it!!!

This whey isolate is sooooo tasty, I got the vanilla flavour and it's lovely and light and mixes really well, even with milk and cereal in a bowl - no blender required! No yuck after taste and the powder itself is light and fluffy. Will def buy again!
Not usually a Chocolate flavour fan, but the dark Choc is pretty damn tasty. Doesn't have that plastic-fake-sugar aftertaste that most Chocolate powders have. Mixes well & nice consistency.
