Another high protein weetbix recipe - this time for protein balls. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
Ingredients
- 4 weetbix
- 2 scoops NZProtein mint chocolate flavoured Whey
- 3 medjool dates
- 2T dark cocoa powder
- 1t coconut oil, melted
- Boiling water (3T, or as needed)
- 1/4c shredded coconut, for rolling
Directions
- In a high-speed blender, blitz all the ingredients (besides coconut) together until smooth. You may need to scrape the sides and blend again. You can add more water until it’s reached a sticky, wet mixture.
- Roll the mixture into balls.
- Roll the balls in shredded coconut.
- Enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to a week.
