The cheat dessert of the century and a family favourite! But don't stress there is a 'good' version too so pick your poison.
Ingredients
Naughty Version
* 100ml full cream
* 200ml of your favourite flavoured yoghurt
- 1 handful Protein-Mallows
- 1 handful fresh raspberries
- 1 handful fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Good Version
* 100ml coconut whipped cream
* 200ml of your favourite coconut yoghurt
- 1 handful Protein-Mallows
- 1 handful fresh raspberries
- 1 handful fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
Directions
Same directions apply regardless of ingredient content:
1. In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form
2. Add yogurt and stir until blended
3. Add protein-mallows, raspberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips
4. Stir until mixed through. Enjoy.
