Ingredients
- 528g egg whites
- 42g NZProtein Psyllium Husks
- 105g NZProtein plant protein (faba, pea, hemp or rice)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour batter into a lined loaf tin.
- Bake at 163 degrees celcius for 1 hour or until firm to the touch and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
