Brighten up your breakfasts with this delicious version of overnight oats.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tsp NZProtein Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop NZProtein protein powder of choice
- 1 cup preferred milk
- 1/3 cup berries of choice
- 1 small banana
- NZProtein maple syrup
- NZProtein Choc Chips / nuts/ seeds of choice
Directions
- In a bowl, mash banana.
- Mix in oats, milk, protein and chia seeds. Leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning top with berries, maple syrup, choc chips, nuts and seeds.
