Mousse Smoothie Bowl

Dessert for breakfast?! Yes please. This smoothie bowl is thick and chocolatey with plenty of goodness. Get your daily dose of protein, greens, fibre and flavour.

Ingredients

Smoothie

NZProtein Mousse
1 Scoop NZProtein Whey
1 Handful spinach
½ Banana

Toppings

Sliced fruit
Cacao nibs
Muesli
Chopped nuts
NZProtein Powdered peanut butter (mixed into a thin liquid to drizzle)

Directions

Blitz smoothie ingredients together in a high speed blender.
Pour into a bowl, cover and set in the fridge for 30mins.
Top with your favourite fruit, muesli, cacao nibs, nuts and NZProtein powdered peanut butter.
