The unconventionally beautiful dessert pizza that won’t leave you feeling guilty.
Ingredients- Base
- 2 ½ tbsp oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 heaped scoop NZProtein Pea Isolate (vanilla)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp water
Toppings – additional
- NZProtein Chocolate Sauce
- 1 tsp shaved coconut
- 1 banana finely sliced
- Blueberries as desired
- Raspberries as desired
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Blend base ingredients together.
3. Pour dough mixture into a hot non-stick pan and fry like a giant pancake.
4. As soon as base can hold its shape remove from pan and add chocolate sauce.
5. Pop in the oven and leave until base goes golden and crispy.
6. Remove from oven and add desired toppings.
