Ingredients
• 1 1/2c Shredded coconut
• 1/2c Sunflower seeds
• 1/2c NZProtein Vanilla Whey
• 2T Honey
• 1t Vanilla essence
• 1t Cinnamon
• 2T Melted coconut oil
• 1/4c Almond milk or water
Directions
• Preheat oven 180oC fan bake
• In a high speed blender, blitz the sunflower seeds
• In a large bowl add all ingredients together and mix until a cookie dough forms
• Scoop heaped tablespoon sized balls of cookie dough onto oven tray and flatten with a fork
• Bake for 12 minutes or until golden
