A quick and easy recipe. Takes just 15 minutes to bake.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2c brown rice malt syrup
- 1/4c smooth peanut butter
- 1/4c NZProtein Faba Bean Unflavoured protein powder
- 1t Vanilla essence
- 1t Baking Powder
- 3T Chocolate chips
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Blend the chickpeas in a food processor until coarse and grainy.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients, leaving out the chocolate chips.
- Blend while intermittently scraping down the sides
- Once it’s all combined fold in the chocolate chips and transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the top cracks slightly.
