I like NZPROTEIN's whey protein powders, whey protein isolate powders and the shaker bottles, but as for the testosterone booster product, I won't bother with testosterone products ever again, as it did nothing for me.
From what I can gather from male fitness model Weston Boucher on YouTube, one of the only real ways to boost testosterone (with actual tried and true tests and results) is with Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), but that requires physical injections of the stuff, and honestly, I wouldn't be comfortable with 1) needles, 2) dosages, 3) the potential side effects, 4) the fact that it's pretty unnatural to have to require jabs of testosterone just to feel normal again, and 5) the trustworthiness of the ingredients in the jab. So for me personally, for all the above reasons, I just give up on finding a testosterone boosting product, because it's either unnatural, or it doesn't actually work. Fitness YouTubers seem to concur that testosterone booster supplements don't work when it comes to the solid evidence of testing levels of testosterone in the body and that it's a waste of money. I won't be getting this again, but it may just be me, so do your own research and if it works for you, that's awesome.
