Love these Pro-Oats. I have tried all 3 flavors and for me Banana and Chocolate are the best, the Raspberry one had a bit of a tang to it. Definitely filling and easy to make. Instead of 150ml I use 60 to 70 ml, set overnight then add some plain Greek protein plus yoghurt on top, vanilla flavor drops and all sorted.
Very simple but great tasting overnight oats, even if you microwave them!

Great option instead of traditional oats but with this you are getting loads more protein. Make the PR-Oats the night before and place in the fridge that way you get all the nutrients in their best state. NZPROTEIN REPLY: nailed it!
I really love this product. It just has a weird initial taste and after taste. If they could remove whatever that is causing this then 5 star for sure.

Took the banana and raspberry ones on holiday when our family went to a tropical pacific island. We stayed in a room with no microwave. We added cold water to the oats, mixed it, and left it overnight. Turned out really good and was our lunch. Both flavours are nice.

Have to agree with other reviews on cinnamon flavour - it was inedible with a very unpleasant after-taste.
Cinnamon flavour is disgusting. I can't even describe it, it burns and is bitter and tastes just awful. Disappointed because every other product I've tried is awesome
Tastes horrible couldn’t eat it
Tried the Cinnamon one - bitter with a strongly artificial 'burnt plasticy' sweet taste that lingers unpleasantly. I really wanted to like this, but I won't be eating it again as I couldn't finish the bowl.
Love these PR-OATS! Flavoursome and easy to eat. Definitely like them better when left overnight and eating straight from the fridge. Don't need to add very much water when mixing. Doing this review just reminded me to get some more.
My standard breakfast:
PR-OATS
5 SUNSWEET PRUNES
SMALL SPRINKLE OF SULTANAS
Mix very well, cover and leave in fridge overnight.
In the morning, blend:
250 ml water
Some Ice cubes
One scoop casien
One scoop whey
2 x whole eggs (size 6)
Poor some of this over your bowl of PR-OATS, drink the rest, enjoy!
Keeps me going all morning and beyond, if necessary, due to work schedule.
Great easy meals to prepare and use. Did end up being runnier, but heated it up a bit longer and let it cool down helped consistency.
Had the cinnamon flavour, felt like there was too much cinnamon and it gave you that feeling of being to 'rich' in an ingredient.
Good flavour. Convenient. Will buy again. Was a little watery so gave it another 30 seconds and was perfect.
Tried the cinnamon delicious flavor but so runny ill try again with the raspberry one and make it with less water its like i could drink it instead of eat
I like the convenience of this product for travelling, especially the small sachets they are packed in. The flavour is good but I found the mixture a little runny when mixed as directed and the one sachet not very filling. Will try the next one with less fluid. Nice flavour.
Delicious and convenient
I tried both flavours of this and really liked the Raspberry flavour but wasn't so keen on the brown sugar cinnamon one. It was ok but just not one I really liked. The texture was good with soy milk. It was slightly more chewy than I expected but that wasn't really a bad thing. It was creamy which is important for me. Overall I would buy them both again but mainly focusing on the Raspberry one.
